Nine months ago I welcomed my little girl into the world.
As we grow, we are faced with new challenges and lessons.
Often, we are in fact faced with old lessons which are presented, disguised, as new lessons.
As we grow and realise what our lessons are, we become responsible for how we act upon these lessons.
Not just for ourselves, but for how the ripple moves, depending on the action we choose.
The ripple in our physical, mental and spiritual.
The ripple in our community.
The ripple, ending the cycle of past, bad habits and toxic behaviour for yourself and generations prior.
The ripple that begins with the courageous first leap, starting a wave for the future, extending beyond your time here.
This is responsibility.
We owe it to ourselves, the past, the present, the future to live a good, wholesome life.
And here I lay with my beautiful daughter as she sleeps.
My choices made.
